Owner – President Johnny Vickers announced today the addition of two new employees for Hawaya Racing Products along with a new business plan for the future. We are proud to announce the addition of Cole Badgett and Chris Richterburg to our staff.
“The Global business environment today is far different than it was just two short years ago. With supply chain problems, product price increases almost daily and manpower shortages, it takes three times the effort just to prepare for a job than it did then, says Johnny. In the past, HRP was mainly dived into two sections. We had the Race side of the business and the Street/Dyno tuning side. With the addition of the CNC machining centers and the Chassis/Fabrication section, it became necessary to restructure our business plan and to get the right people in the right jobs to continue to grow. Our new plan will consist of four divisions, the Street/Dyno section will be manned by Chris Richterburg. Chris is a factory trained HD mechanic with 29 years of experience, previous bike shop owner and previous employee of HRP for many years. The CNC division will be taken over by Cole Badgett. Cole is a graduate of Wilkes Community College and brings five years of CNC experience with him. The Chassis/Fabrication section will be under Alex Church, also a graduate of Wilkes Community College. We hired Alex several years ago as a welder, and he is rapidly increasing his knowledge and skills and is a member of Sam White’s race team. I will handle the Race division and oversee the daily operations of HRP as I always have. Leanne will continue running the office side of our business which is an ever increasing challenge. Walter Halonski will continue the same role as he has for the last 10 years, as a contract employee supporting the entire operation.
