Our pistons are made in two different styles to suit the combustion chamber shape of your Derringer. In 2014, I changed the angle of the combustion chamber from 30 degrees to 12 degrees. This provided a better and faster burn with in the combustion chamber.
Our crankshafts are manufactured by one of the worlds leading crank grinders to our specifications. We use an automotive porkchop style rather than the 360 degree style used by other manufactures. This saves rotating weight and takes less heavy metal to balance. Our Derringer crankshafts do not take any heavy metal at all. This results in a quicker, faster revving engine at a lower cost.
