We have just received our new frame table top in at HRP. Alex fabbed up the base for it and we set it into place and leveled it out. This new table is 3 1/2 feet wide and 10 feet long, surface ground with 3/8" dowel pin holes every 6" square. Starting with Tim Kerrigan's new T/F bike pictured, all of our chassis will be designed on CAD, where every tube is assigned a part number. We can run stress and vibration analsis now and shortly will have the capability to assemble the entire motorcycle on the computer before construction. Then the tubing will be CNC bent and notched to prefection, eliminating many welds in the process, jigged up and welded out on our new frame table. This process will speed up production and produce a better product.
